Amelia Island Williams House is an elegant bed and breakfast located in the historic village of Fernandina Beach, Florida. Situated in a quiet neighborhood of striking Victorian homes, our inn is exquisite in its design and has been awarded the distinction of Historical Landmark and has been awarded numerous awards for its excellence in hospitality.

Our luxurious accommodations consist of ten guest rooms in 3 buildings. The Williams House, an Antebellum mansion, offers five elegant guest rooms. Hearthstone House, circa 1880’s, is a framed vernacular building with Greek Revival influence and contains four classic guest suites. Finally, the Carriage House, rebuilt in 2004 on the site of the original, offers three other spaces.

As you take a seat in the elegant dining room you will be greeted with coffee, tea, and fresh juice, along with a two-course gourmet breakfast.

As you take a seat in the elegant dining room of our Amelia Island, Florida B&B, you will be greeted with coffee, tea, and fresh juice. Indulge in a two-course gourmet breakfast, served at both 8:30am and 10am. We take pride in offering a sumptuous meal surrounded by sophisticated ambience that will leave you energized for the day ahead.

Your breakfast will be scheduled at check-in. We can accommodate just 10-14 guests per seating, and therefore cannot guarantee your desired time. That said, we will do our best! We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs, so please let us know in advance. We can’t wait to serve you!

Black Water Cat Tours

Pilot your own 2 man fiberglass Backwater Cat Boat while a guide on his boat leads you on an amazing 2.5 hour adventure. Visit historic Fort Clinch, land on Cumberland Island for a nice beach stop, view the wild horses and the Carnegie Castle Ruins. Great chance to view dolphin manatee and other sea life up close. A must do on Amelia!

Enjoy a picnic lunch right on the beach, complete with picnic basket and tablecloth and water, snacks, beverages, fruit, and breaded chicken cutlet (special recipe) on a gluten free ciabatta roll.

Waterside park offering picnic tables & pavilions, plus a boardwalk, beach access & showers.

Seaside Park is centrally located on Amelia Island and has easy accessibility to the beach. There is limited parking available, several pavilions for picnicking, bathrooms with outdoor shower, boardwalks leading down to the beach, and lifeguard towers manned daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Sliders Seaside Grill is located next door for a bite to eat.

Walk across the street to The Beach Store & More for chairs, umbrellas, drinks, and other beach rentals for a day of fun!

Seaside Park beach access allows 4-wheel drive vehicles to drive onto the sand and park on the beach.
